The sticker system : instructions for use

 

What is the sticker system ?

The sticker system involves identifying vehicles liable to use the roads in the Regulated Traffic Zone (RTZ) with a sticker to ensure a fluid flow of traffic.
Residents of the RTZ must be able to use the roads on 6 June, since traffic flows related to the economic activities of a working day, in particular, must not be impeded.
It is for this reason that the sticker system is compulsory for all vehicles present in the Zone.

 

Who does it affect ?

  • Residents of the RTZ and their families (main and secondary residences), Guests of hotels, holiday rentals or campsites located in the RTZ.
  • Professionals working in the RTZ.
  • People involved in day-to-day economic and social activities in the area (taxi drivers, bus drivers, home service providers, public services, company vehicles, etc.) needing to travel in the RTZ on 6 June.

Who should you contact ?

Primarily, in order to encourage proximity and reactivity, stickers are issued by town halls for permanent or temporary residents and professionals working in the RTZ, on presentation of :

  • your vehicle registration papers
  • proof of address or any other supporting documents (holiday rental contract, hotel bill, etc.)

How to travel in the RTZ ?

  • Sticker is mandatory for the people who wish to enter in the ZCR the June 6, during activation device.
  • Sticker is mandatory for the people who wish to leave the ZCR and to enter there again, during the day of June 6, during activation device.
  • Sticker does not allow access to roads closed to traffic and reserved for the circulation of delegations and processions.
  • Sticker is not mandatory for the people who wish to move from a point A to a point B within the ZCR and who are already there during activation device.
  • Sticker is not mandatory for the people who are in the ZCR et want to leave the ZCR permanently during activation device.
